Firms
Edinburgh
Our client is a successful and expanding firm well placed to deal with the changing needs of clients in the current economic climate. It seeks to acquire one or more small general practice firms in Edinburgh or the surrounding area. Strong private client practice desirable.
Glasgow
Our client is a mid tier firm seeking to acquire a small to medium general practice in Glasgow. This would give the smaller firm the opportunity to integrate with a larger, well resourced firm with strong growth plans.
Edinburgh and Surrounding Area
Our client is a lawyer seeking to join a firm with a view to acquiring it over a period of time. This would create the potential for an existing partner or partners to plan for an exit. General practice preferred.
Edinburgh
We are currently assisting this client with growth plans and these include the acquisition of smaller firms (1-2 partners). This firm has reduced its cost base and plans to grow by using effective marketing and by becoming more of a “virtual” law firm. This may also provide opportunities for smaller firms to team up and share/reduce costs.
